As part of the Williams Island Renaissance campaign, Williams Island has just opened its doors to the new state-of-the-art spa renovations – just before Bellini Williams Island is set to complete in the summer. Now underway, phase 2 of the project includes the Resident Gate, Bus Shelter, Island Club refurbishment, followed by enhancements to the Island Club Pool and Cafe restaurant.

On Thursday, March 28, Bellini Williams Island partnered with ArtNexus Magazine—a 36-year-old publication focused on Latin American art—to host an exclusive event of which was highlighted by a perceptive conversation on Contemporary Brazilian Art between Bellini Developer Martin Z. Margulies and Celia Sredni de Birbragher, the publication’s editor in chief.

The evening soirée brought together community leaders and the art world elite. Showcasing select Brazilian works from the private collections of Margulies and Birbragher, the progressive event began with an outdoor cocktail reception, followed by an informal art talk inside the sales center on Brazilian Art’s evolution in the marketplace—which was peppered with personal collecting anecdotes. The occasion also unveiled Bellini’s partnership with Brazilian luxury furnishings company, Artefacto, for the design of its model units, and featured tours of the development.

A Glimps of our Latest Progress – On Schedule For Summer 2013 Completion

Things are getting exciting here at Bellini Williams Island as we get closer to project completion. We’re right on schedule for a summer finish, and will soon be debuting a model residence along with more great features at our sales center.

Last week we announced a new partnership between celebrated chef Eric Ripert of Michelin-rated Le Bernardin in New York City and renowned luxury kitchen brand, Poggenpohl, to make Bellini Williams Island the next development in the U.S. to install each of the 4,955-square-foot penthouses with ground-breaking eco-friendly kitchens.

There is a full-size wine storage unit, coffee maker and comfortable seating at the island so the chef can entertain guests and serve as he cooks.
